2019 Exams Results Day

This year’s results day are as follows:

A level results day: 15 August 2019

GCSE results day: 22 August 2019

Results will be available between 9am and 11am in the Sixth Form Common Room.

All uncollected results will be posted second class.

If you cannot make it, please make sure you have informed the Exams Office so that we can email you the results. We must have written permission from the student in order to do this.

Students can also nominate a person to collect their results. The nominated person must have a signed letter from the student authorising them to collect and they must bring with them photographic ID. Without this, results will not be handed to them.

Exams Office Summer Hours

You can contact the exams team with any exam result/review of marking queries on the following days:

Thursday 14 August:  11am – 2pm

Wednesday 21 August: 10am – 12:30pm

Thursday 22 August: 11am – 2pm

Friday 23 August: 9:30am – 1pm

Monday 2 September and Tuesday 3 September are inset days. Due to staff training the exams office will not be available at all times.

Normal working hours resume on Wednesday 3 September.

In preparation for next academic year, please make sure you have all the equipment you will need. You are responsible for bringing your own equipment to all your exams.

Examination Regulations

All schools have to follow the JCQ (Joint Council for Qualifications) regulations for exams. Please read the following documents carefully:

If a student breaks any of the rules or regulations, they may be disqualified from their exams.

The exams staff and invigilators have a duty to report any breach of regulations to the exam boards.
